Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using RummyDen (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The service

RummyDen provides private, social card-game rooms — 13-card Indian Rummy and private-play Texas Hold'em — for play between friends. No gambling, wagering, prize pools, buy-ins for money, or cash settlement of any kind is offered, supported, or intended. Game points and chips are for play only and have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use RummyDen, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, collude, or exploit bugs; harass, threaten, or abuse other players; post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content; attempt to monetize game outcomes; disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or use RummyDen to facilitate gambling or any illegal activity.

6. User content

You retain ownership of chat messages and other content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to run the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Advertising

Advertising is currently disabled. If advertising is introduced, it will be labelled and kept separate from private gameplay and communication. Advertising and optional analytics have separate consent requirements; see our Privacy Policy.

8. Premium subscription

Core gameplay is free and does not require a subscription. There is no active paid offer. Our current focus is free play with advertising only after approval and appropriate consent setup.

If subscriptions launch, the price, currency, recurring billing interval and included features will be shown before purchase. Billing will use Stripe Checkout. You will be able to cancel future renewals through Manage billing in your account, with access continuing through the paid period. Subscription benefits will not change cards, shuffling, turn time, rules or reconnect priority.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, including any attempt to use RummyDen for gambling or unlawful purposes. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RummyDen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
